Interview process was a few rounds, mainly over the phone. The interviewer was extremely nice and asked basic questions on relating my work experience to the Johnson Controls work that I would be doing.

I was approached by the company. The screening must have went well because I was told to expect a call in a week for a more formal interview. I never heard back from them.
