I was sent a link to schedule a phone interview, scheduled it, was sent numerous reminders and no one called me. An hour or so after, I received a text from a person within HR who stated they were having computer issues and could we reschedule. I said yes. The next morning they called early and from the get go it seemed as if them having to do this interview was their last thing of interest. For me, the tipping point was when they explained that they were located in Mississippi and WI (where I am located) is weird. I hung up the phone, went online and withdrew my application.
Usual interview process which is similar to other companies. 1st round with someone from the recruitment team followed by second round hiring manager. not too difficult questions asked during the interview process.

Entrevista
I had a fairly straightforward interview process. It started with a phone screen with the recruiter, followed by a more in-depth interview with the hiring leader. After that, I had three additional virtual interviews with other key stakeholders, all completed in one afternoon. The interviews were primarily behavioral-based, focusing on my past experiences, but they also felt conversational, allowing us to get to know each other better. Overall, the process was well-organized and gave me a good sense of the team and the company.

The overall interview process was very quick and efficient, with very clear overview on the stages and the next steps. Candidate experience was fantastic and the onboarding process was smooth as well.
