2 rounds of interview. First was an in-person with the hiring manager. Next was a virtual interview with hiring manager and Market General Manager. STAR and behavioral based questions. Overall, a smooth process
Positive and very easygoing. Understand the role you are applying for and your market/location. Pending on the role, you may have multiple interviews and pending on the market. Some may be in person and some on phone.

Entrevista
First round with HR/Recruiter was so dry. There was zero excitement or inflection in their voice when speaking about the company or role and they did not come on camera.
Easy as i was asked a couple of questions. You have to just be yourself ya know. Great process. Be prepared to role play. I had a couple of calls and zoom interviews and that was it.
