The first round was with HR. Second round was with 2 hiring managers. they assessed my technical and commercial skill sets and explained about the role they had in mind. Third round was face to face with the hiring manager and senior manager.

It was a 2:1 Interview for me, some others had 1:1. Two guys, one seemed really outgoing and was a little older, one was younger, really smart, and seemed nice enough. Asked some tough situational questions, "Can you tell me about a time" type questions. One of mine was "Can you tell me about a time when you had the choice of whether or not to confront someone about a situation, what you decided to do, and what the outcome was." Haven't heard back yet, they said I would know in a few months whether I advanced. At our school they were interviewing about 84 students for 5 or 6 positions. Not really holding my breath, I though the interview went fine, but I wasn't sure I said anything they had never heard before.
