Very strange and unprofessional. Not prepared and interviewer seemed very nervous. The company reached out to me for the position and the person interviewing me had no information on me. Even though I sent my resume right away, once I officially applied, and again to them personally before the interview.

Internal interviewing practices are a joke with no standardized cadence. Half the time you are treated like an outside candidate by HR. No communication on decisions leaves a bad taste as an internal candidate.

The interview process was online with 2 stages. 1 with manager and another with General Manager. I didn't have to take any leave since they are located overseas. Had a few negotiations until we closed the deal.
