Entrevista
They start Interview process with a Aptitude test which includes Genral knowlege, Technical, English Grammer, Syllogism and few Quants question total of 45 question and 45 mins time is provided.
If this aptitude test is cleared then they proceed witht the 1st interview i.e Technical interview.
There are 2 H.R. sitting asking few technical question based on the background you are studing or studied.
If this 1st Technical Interview is cleared then they proceed with HR interview
in the company i.e JCI campus.
HR interview .
Panel consist of about 8 HR (Don't know about other Campus this things are about Mumbai campus)
They ask Genral interview question but also concentrate to Technical things If they wish to ask.
