Lengthy and work intensive. 4 rounds of one-on-one interviews, plus a presentation to a 5 person panel followed by Q&A. They asked for a lot of work for the final round. No offer, but that wasn't the issue. It was the opaque feedback and dishonesty. Was told they found another candidate who had better experience. Then the role was reposted a few days later. Recruiter initially lied, and then when confronted, confirmed that they had a.) lied and b.) started the search over again. FYI, this was for a 12 month contract position. Given the amount of work I put in, and my positive interview performance, I would have expected a higher degree of professionalism and honest feedback.
