It was very conversational. Didn't seem like a real interview because so informal. Understanding the job description and how you can express those qualities will help you immensely. Overall, staff was extremely warm and pleasant My interview was only for 30 minutes.
Applied through Management Leadership for Tomorrow. Found out about the phone screen interview one week after applying. There are 4 interviews in total, and the waiting process depends for each candidate.

Entrevista
3 Rounds of interviews. First one is very standard with typical interview questions. Second interview focus on behavioral questions and what you would do in certain scenarios. The last round was a group interview case study, which was very difficult and you are working in teams of 4 with other candidates. Overall good interview experience but the last round was difficult trying to directly compete with other candidates.

The first interview is with a recruiter, and then with different persons from the team like an alumni of the BLP
