In your design work, what do you approach first, visual design or interaction design?
A couple phone calls with different designers followed by an onsite interview with 3 designers. The onsite interview was about 3 hours long with 3 interviews back to back. I then received a couple of phone calls from the recruiter to update me on their decision.
