Had a joke of an experience with a recruiter. Can't name names but he seems to handle east coast recruiting for biz/sales ops jobs. He had to reschedule the interview multiple times last minute, called me 15 min late only after I emailed him, and when he finally got on the phone didn't apologize and actually proceeded to take another call without muting the line, simply telling me to hold on a minute.
The actual interview was him reading off a script sounding bored. He asked asinine questions that he could've answered himself if he had looked at my resume. I had to hold back my laughter at some of the interview questions he asked that seemed out of a 1980s handbook.
Recruiters are supposed to be the first impression someone gets about a company, and this guy was such a joke I have zero interest of ever working here if this is the caliber of person they hire. This situation is all the more ironic given the company is supposedly the expert at recruiting.

Entrevista
Process was managed by the recruiter ( this was in 2014). She was incredibly professional and her team was very responsive. After a couple phone screens, I was invited to campus, set up in a room and was then interviewed by a series of functional leaders. The process lasted about 5 hrs ( one was a lunch meeting). Most of the questions were deep dives into my experience with some scenario questions.
