Entrevista
A recruiter reached out within a few days of submitting my application. I was scheduled for a phone screen with a peer of the hiring manager. The interviewer showed up 5 minutes late and unprepared. It took a few minutes of awkward video conferencing and watching them click through to find my resume. The interviewer did not tell me anything about the role and jumped into “tell me about yourself.” After we got past that, they began firing questions away without having a conversation. The interviewer appeared tense and overloaded. They said things like “tell me about a recent escalation and how you handled it.”

Entrevista
The interview process was alright, nothing extraordinary. First was the recruiter phone screen. Second was a take-home SQL assessment. It was moderate, not super easy. I had to create schema all by myself. Next was a phone call with the Hiring Manager, he directly dived into my current job and how it can align with the role at LI. In short, the HM call was really good. I didn't hear back for a week and then I emailed the recruiter. She said they can't consider me for this specific role but will consider for an Associate TPM role in the same team as I didn't have enough years of experience, I agreed to go ahead with it. Again didn't hear back for a week and then I emailed the recruiter. She said they went ahead with another candidate as they were already in the final rounds of the interview. Insane! So unprofessional. The recruiter was really horrible.

Entrevista
1. Recruiter phone screen close to 30 mins.
2. Case Study SQL based which was to be submitted in 2 business days.
3. Phone call 30 min with hiring manager.
My recruiter Kimberly was great. She was really sweet, very responsive and flexible. Had a good experience overall . Not sure why I didn’t really make it onsite but no regrets or complaints.
