Candidatei-me por meio de recrutador(a). O processo levou 3 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela LinkedIn em mai. de 2021
Entrevista
1. Screening with recruiter
2. Interview with hiring manager
3. Panel to present case (mock onboarding)
First 2 steps were great, very open and transparent about the role, culture and my skills. The panel felt easy to deliver - however they used it in a very specific way. I felt like the purpose of the case was to find a reason not to hire me, as opposed to learn why they should.
There were four rounds of interviews. Started with Phone screening from Recruiter, followed by hiring manager interview and thereafter peer interview and ended with panel interview. Panel interview consisted of a case study.
Candidatei-me por meio de recrutador(a). O processo levou 3 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela LinkedIn (Hong Kong) em jul. de 2024
Entrevista
I was approached by a LinkedIn in-house recruiter in July 2024, and interviewed during that month. The process included 4 interview rounds across 2 weeks.
Round 1: HR Interview
Round 2: Hiring Manager Interview
Round 3: Peer Interview
Round 4: Case Study (1-week prep) followed by a Panel Interview with the Hiring Manager and Head of Sales (1.5 hours)
It was overall a very enjoyable experience. At each stage, you could tell the interviewers spent time looking into your profile and asked thought-provoking questions. They showed interest in your responses and compelled you to share more about yourself and your experiences. The interviewers were all personable and displayed top-tier professionalism throughout the interview process.
