I was referred by an employee and had a brief screening with the recruiter. The recruiter was late to call me and didn’t seem interested or present in the conversation. A week later, the recruiter asks to check in and we scheduled a time. They didn’t call me during our scheduled time. I attempted to reach them after 20 minutes and the voicemail wasn’t even set up. Later they emailed to say they put it on their calendar for next week mistakenly. They called me the next day to say they’re moving forward with other candidates.
