Candidatei-me por meio de recrutador(a). O processo levou 2 semanas. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa LinkedIn.
Entrevista
I had 2 interviews prior an interview with the hiring manager. I was told at the beginning that it would just be some sort of "coffee talk" to get to know each other and not really about the job. However, they went on to talk about the role for 30min and during Q&A's I felt that the hiring manager was annoyed by my questions and would cut me quite often. Overall I think I was not a fit as it gave me the feeling the feeling that LinkedIn is a very traditional workplace, probably too traditional for me. The other disappointing thing is that, after 3 interviews, they sent me an automated rejection email without any explanation whatsoever.

Questions about motivations and experience. Classic interview questions
Good feedback and lots of transparency. They are great at what they do and know that they can attract top talent. Their interview process reflected well on their management team.
The process was great and it's an amazing company, though maybe not one you want to shake things up with. Hide any tattoos. Look normal. Look Millennial. You'll also probably be interviewed by people who don't understand your role if you're senior project can make significant impact. This is a problem. If someone 20 years your junior knows what you do, there is a problem. I found the questions raised off mark and answers from a higher level lost on junior staff that could easily disqualify a candidate. Not much built in appreciation for experience and actual "peer" interviewing.
