Entrevista
First round interview was 20 minute conversation with recruiter. Did not ask anything about experience and only asked me 3 questions (see below). The conversation went very well and thought I did exceptionally well but waited 3 weeks to find out I did not make it to the next round. No questions about experience or why I would be a good fit for the program.
Applied through Management Leadership for Tomorrow. Found out about the phone screen interview one week after applying. There are 4 interviews in total, and the waiting process depends for each candidate.

Entrevista
3 Rounds of interviews. First one is very standard with typical interview questions. Second interview focus on behavioral questions and what you would do in certain scenarios. The last round was a group interview case study, which was very difficult and you are working in teams of 4 with other candidates. Overall good interview experience but the last round was difficult trying to directly compete with other candidates.
