Passed the phone screen and recruiter asked for my availability for the next part of the interview, but then it took almost 3 weeks to hear back and they said they were no longer moving forward.

Beware of lack of communication and being left in the dark and long waiting times. There were 4 rounds of interviewing. 1) Recruiter 2) Hiring Manager 3) 2 peers 4) Skip-level and manager Their interview process is highly inefficient and not a great candidate experience at all. It took several weeks after each interview to schedule the next one because the recruiter was slow. She also was very unresponsive whenever I emailed her questions. Once I made it to the final round, which was scheduled for 30 minutes, the skip-level rapid fired a bunch of questions and it pushed the interview to be over an hour. The manager who was also interviewing me looked very uninterested the entire time. The recruiter then ghosted me for 2 weeks, not providing any updates or responding to my emails. Finally, she told me they moved on with someone else. This entire interview process could have been condensed to 3-4 weeks.
