It was a pretty standard McKinsey interview process, with 3 back-to-back interviews on a same day. Each interview is one-hour long, with about 20 minutes for PEI questions and 30 minutes for case study.

Tell me about a time that you set an ambitious goal for yourself and achieved it despite significant obstacles or limited resources.
The process was extremely long and drawn out with many rounds and scheduling delays, however the recruiting team goes an extra length to prepare you and want to see you succeed.

it consisted of 3 rounds, with a screening call
Screening was with the HR and asked general questions
first round was a 30-minute phone call case study (very easy and brief) just want to know if you're familiar with the structure
second round consisted of two interviews case studies and the behavioral. One was with a senior manager and was very hard so I didn't make it to the third round
