The interview process started with an online behavioural test. It contains general questions about Supervision and Ethics. After this round selected candidates were called for a group interview with managers from approx 12 different departments. The 1st round was just "describe yourself" in front of all candidates and managers and the 2nd round was a team activity related to prioritizing work. After this we were asked to select the priority for the departments we want to work with. Within one week of last interview, got a call for final interview with top 2 department managers you selected in the last round. The interview was related to behaviour and how you fit into Merck culture. The company, location and people working there are all really nice until the final round where the worst department of Merck starts to handle your application aka HR and Staffing. This is the most unconcerned and negligent department I have came across in any interview process. I felt my interview went well and they asked me to submit my documents related to Passport and Transcripts. So my interview ended on 5th April and after waiting for 3 weeks I called the Staffing department up for the status of my application ( around 20th April ), she mentioned that Merck will give the final results by 21st April, but it did not happened. I tried calling and mailing her from 23-25th April but she never replied back. After that I mailed HR for the results and he mentioned that the final selection will be announced on 29th April, but again no status update, I again tried calling or mailing both HR and Staffing department about process but no one replied even after continuous follow ups. They only replied the first time and after that it was quite obvious that they know my number and mail id that's why they don't pick up the call or avoid mails. Today is 9th May, I have still not heard from Merck. I would like to say please have a courtesy of at-least giving a update mail for the application. Hope this will help others.

It was a teams meeting, with a panel of 3 people from the department I was applying for. The interview was an hour long with a set of rotating questions from the interviewers.
