The interview went well but there are challenging questions. They want to see that people are team players and fit the work culture, but they also want to be sure that you have the experience you claim to have. There are questions prepared before the interview, and the meeting series last about 2-4 hours with 3-4 interview sessions; there is 1-2 interviewers in each session.

I really liked the interview at Merck. It was a 5 hour interview, which was very long but it passed by fast. The Managers there were very kind and relaxed so it made me not be as tense as I would usually be.
