Started the interview by touring the Manufacturing facility and than finished the interview with three different individuals for one hour a piece. The tour went longer than expected and the total interview process lasted four hours.

Normal standard situational questions. Individual interviews with various levels of management, no panel interview. Interview occurred about 3 weeks after submitting application, No secondary interviews. Environment was friendly and not overly formal.
