3 interviews conducted with the hiring manager, HR and the Plant Manager. After being employed as a contingent worker by Merck for 4 years, I went through the whole interview process, succeeded, and was told I am not able to get a VISA sponsorship based on the fact that I am not employed as a permanent employee for at least one year - very disappointing and a waste of time.
