Entrevista
There were two virtual interviews that were very standard questions about my background and work experience. Then, there was a pre-interview dinner and a half-day of interviews the next day.

They asked a lot of technical questions about drug delivery and also different sets of interpersonal questions. They emphasized that there is no right or wrong answer to the technical questions and wanted to observe how you work through problems.
Phone screen: background, skill scoring.
Hiring manager interview: presentation showing your research, your career plan, etc
Overall good experience, everything step was arranged quickly, less than a week between interviews
The interviewing process was pretty straightforward, kind of long. First, was the recruiter screening and if you make it past that, then the panel interview with the team, managers, and director. Also, there was a technical assessment.

All morning panel, with hiring manager. They interviewed 5 people. I did not get the job. I don't know why, wish they communicated more. Maybe next time. We will see
