I met and talked with an interviewer for about 1 hour. The interviewer has already read my CV. So we did not walk through my CV. There seemed to be several applicants including me. So the interviewer said the finalist will be selected among candidates.

Applied online with 2 step process. HR screen which went for 30 minutes and a 30 minute interview with the hiring manager. Hiring Manager interview felt quite rushed. Time from application to decision was 2 months.
