Candidatei-me por indicação de um funcionário. O processo levou 3 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela MetLife (Charlotte, NC) em nov. de 2014
Entrevista
Submitted my resume on MetLife.com, then was emailed a few weeks later for a phone screening. The phone screening was about an hour and was a run down of the job description, pay, training, and requirements, as well as some basic behavior questions and review of resume. I then did a test which was about and hour and a half. The test is pretty easy if you have experience in a call center. I personally had a technical issue with the letters showing up if I typed too fast which slowed my typing speed, but luckily I passed. I was then contacted the next day for an interview that afternoon. I sat in with the manager and was asked a few questions and was told what to expect while working there and then was offered the position. A few days later I had to do a background and drug test which was a bit tedious but everything went through fine.

The standard STAR format behavioral questions were used coupled with pleasant conversation. If you take the time to complete your due diligence on the company and the product line you will be responsible for supporting will boost your confidence and make your interview process go smoothly.

Applied online through the MetLife website, got an email about an hour later to schedule a phone interview. Completed the phone interview about two hours after that, and then completed the online assessment which is time consuming. After that I was emailed with a one on one interview date that was three days later. My interview lasted about 30 minutes and was offered a position over the phone the next morning!

This was the longest interview process I've ever went through. First was a phone interview, then you had to pass a long assessment (took over an hour and a half), then once you pass you speak to the manager on the phone, THEN you meet with another manager in person. This process was a waste of time because I ended up receiving no offer at the end. I feel that you shouldn't take a person through that long of a process if you have no intentions of hiring them.
