Entrevista
Applied through university. In-person interview was all behavioral questions, questions about the company. I got a call the next day to schedule an on-site interview in Aurora, IL. Second interview was also behavioral. I felt it went well, it was pretty easy and no technical or case questions. Got rejection e-mail the next morning.
Had an initial phone screening followed by a video interview with two people asking questions. Interview questions were pretty standard. Both interviewers asked questions about 5 each. Interview was about an hour long.

Entrevista
Ghosted after 1 phone call with external HR rep after a follow-up call was promised. All attempts as follow-up communications have been ignored. I like to follow all interviews up with an email to see what the deciding factors were in why I wasn't chosen.

Entrevista
The interviewers seemed uninterested from the start. It didn’t seem like they wanted to be interviewing. It almost seemed like they already had made a selection but were just trying to meet the quota. I doubt it was how I interviewed as I was offered positions for the same position with the companies I interviewed with right before and after the interview I had with MetLife. The questions were not difficult.
