the interview is informal and friendly. I feel the questions are pretty simple. It seems they are looking for good background, the experience is very important for them.

1st interview - 30 minutes phone screen with HR, basic questions asked e.g. salary expectations etc 2nd interview - 30 minutes video interview with hiring manager, some technical questions asked, asked about experience 3rd interview - 30 minutes video interview with hiring manager's peer, similar questions asked as 2nd interview, also asked about technical skills like VBA proficiency 4th interview - 30 minutes video interview with VP, asked questions on motivation Whole process took around a month. Got rejected two weeks after 4th interview. No reason given.
