It was very slow to hear back from the application as it was. Probably about four weeks total from application to phone screen. Was disappointed that coming from a direct competitor who has a full remote option and knowing that all of the other major competitors im aware of is still fully remote as an option and how metlife doesn’t have that option at all for most roles (they require at least hybrid or fully in office), it honestly showed me all I needed to know about how metlife treats its employees.

Applied online with 2 step process. HR screen which went for 30 minutes and a 30 minute interview with the hiring manager. Hiring Manager interview felt quite rushed. Time from application to decision was 2 months.
