Applied online. Received an e-mail a few days later to schedule a 30 min. phone screen with a recruiter. Then got a call from another recruiter a few days after that to schedule an on-site on a Saturday (there's a first time for everything, but this a call center job, so they were probably trying to ascertain my availability). Could have been a phone simulation test, but I didn't get that far.
