Entrevista
The interviewers were really nice and made me super comfortable. The whole process was very convenient and sensible. I felt that even though the interviews in itself were pretty standard and easy, one has to have a perfect performance, i.e. 10 on 10, or you just won't get an offer.

Entrevista
The process went very well. Recruiters vere were nice and responsive throughout the whole process.
Interviewers were nice and interesting people. In the beginning I did an online test that had 3 problems for 65 minutes. Phone screen was 30 minutes out of which 20 were to solve and algorithmic problem. During virtual onsite there were 4 interviews 45 minutes each which were more focusing on different technical questions ( database, DevOps, etc) and behavioral questions. Had to code only 3 problems where 2 were not really related to algorithms.

Apply Online, Phone Interview, Onsite. The application online was typical. The Phone Interview was a 45 minute interview with an engineer that asks you about your projects and why you want to join Microsoft. He ended the interview with a couple basic question about software.

Entrevista
Applied in July, got phone interview in August, On-site in September
The phone interview was done by a recruiter. Most of it was behavioral, but they asked technical questions that they clearly weren't qualified to evaluate. Asking things like "what data structures and algorithms were used in that project?" where it clearly didn't make sense, or "how many lines of code was that project," which is a pretty bad sign
In the on-site, it was 4 straight coding interviews. Not terrible, was pretty difficult. A couple of the interviewers felt somewhat aggressive. Doing things like questioning my choice of answering in Python (which I've never had a company care about) or straight-up ignoring some things I said
Received a call about 1.5 weeks later that I got the offer
