Sent my CV. They liked it and invited me to a 20 minute long Skype or Phone interview. I was interviewed by two people. Then they asked me to write a blog.
First tgey contacted our University focal person
Then he selected 2 students for interview
On interview day there was just 1 person who was interviewing and we had a conversation and i got selected.
