Entrevista
Hired through a recruitment agency (the Recruitment dept is outsourced so you work for the agency onsite at Microsoft.) So initial phone call with agency recruiter then 2 face to faces at Microsoft with manager and team members.
Manager was very nice but very professional, very hard to read. Team members were very casual and nice but neither struck me as having much experience doing interviews. One kept giggling, maybe seemed a little unprofessional.

Very basic questioning - lots of examples. You need to be organised, deal with high volume of work. It's a large team so you can see team work and company fit is very important.
Usual questions, biggest weakness, examples of projects you worked on, how do you prioritise, etc.
Previous recruitment experience is a plus, but definitely not essential. They just want people who hit the ground running, rather than looking for a career in recruitment.
