first I Had an interview from non -technical guy , he asked me 10 Q I must answer 8 at least to pass .they were easy Questions about exchange 2007 H\A and exchange 2010 DAG ,like yes NO Questions.and also these Questions :
1-why do you want to work for MS?
2-Why did you apply for this position PFE?
3-how would you help MS to Improve this product ?
4-are you welling to re-locate?
5-what is your current package salary in detail?
6-are you welling to travel as PFE must travel 70 %?
second interview was with PFE senior level he was asking about exchange server different version 2007 2003 2010 2013 he was so smart once he feel you are good at it he keeps drill down till you break lol
third interview was also with PFE senior level very very tough interview also in exchange scenarios and about some projects that I have done .
Notes :
1-don't expect easy soft interview with MS Engineers
2-you must understand the core concept , every thing about the product even log files size and shipping ,
