I have no comments - this was just a normal interview process starting with phone interview and then onsite interview. The entire process was pretty short and it only took about 1 hour and I was told I can leave. I did not get the chance to talk with anybody else except for the first guy I talked to.

Typical behavioral interview process. STAR format style interview questions. Why do you want to work at Microsoft, tell me about a time questions, greatest strengths, greatest weaknesses. Consisted of a recruiter screening, and three back to back interviews with senior and principal PMs.

It was a level II and it was a great chat with the interviewer. More questions about my past experience, how I handled new features, change of requirements and my thoughts about AI replacing or writing code.
