Very conversational and informal. The STAR story format was useful for being able to relay my experiences in a concise way, but there was no preconceived expectations that I follow a rigid format in my responses. It felt like I was on a coffee chat with a colleague. Very cool interview experience.

First was 30 Minute Phone Screen - scheduled pretty quickly and screener was friendly and thorough. Asked behavioral questions and shared next steps. Encouraged questions at the end as well, it helped to be curious! Next was a final interview, fully remote, scheduled within a week
