I participated in an interview "loop", which included a series of interviews with 7 people all in one day. I was given an offer the day after the loop. Mostly cultural fit and behavioral questions. I was also asked about the industry the role focused on as well as my approach to building partnerships.

I applied through a recruitment agency, which initially called me for a few questions. Shortly after, they informed me that Microsoft had invited me for the first round of interviews. I was interviewed by someone from the team other than the hiring manager. The interview went well, and I had the opportunity to learn more about the role. When I followed up with the agency for feedback, I was told that Microsoft had slightly changed the job specifications. They created a new job advertisement with these amended details, and I received a rejection after the first round of interviews.
