I filled out a questionnaire and then spoke with the hiring manager who mainly just answered questions I had about the position. Next, they gave me a case study to work through and I spent a day interviewing with 5 people on the team back to back. Only 1 person asked about the case study that I spend a lot of time on. I was told I would hear back within a week. I followed up 2 weeks later to see if a decision had been made and received no reply. 2 months later I received an automated rejection notice that says you can asked for individualized feedback, but then says you shouldn't respond to the automated email. Not sure if I'm supposed to ask the recruiter who doesn't respond to emails? I honestly felt very disrespected I had to take a day off a work only to receive no feedback for 2 months. Really negatively impacted my perspective of Microsoft as a company.
