Had a consultant do the interview. He asked 8 questions related to my previous experience, and why Microsoft and favorite product from microsoft and then the interview was done. No time to ask for questions from my side.

They Cancelled the interview on the night before the agreed date, changed the hiring manager and asked to reschedule. On the rescheduled date no one entered the interview Teams call. I reached out to the recruiter 3 times via email ( on the thread he emailed me) with no answer
