first round with hiring manager, then second round with 3 peer college separately, so a busy intensive week. They seems don't share info with each others, so same questions appeared again and again. All good feedback, but finial I was told head count frozen.

Typical behavioral interview process. STAR format style interview questions. Why do you want to work at Microsoft, tell me about a time questions, greatest strengths, greatest weaknesses. Consisted of a recruiter screening, and three back to back interviews with senior and principal PMs.

It was a level II and it was a great chat with the interviewer. More questions about my past experience, how I handled new features, change of requirements and my thoughts about AI replacing or writing code.
