Very bad, they need to improve it immediately, otherwise people will not participate anymore. It is very difficult and at the same time without any real substance. I didnt like the process. I really didnt like it totally. I hate it.

Pretty straightforward. First round interview with HR, and then you are able to be progressed to a chat with the team. Then a final round with seniors. So that’s all.

The recruiter was very communicative, and the technical interviews were challenging yet fair, focusing on problem-solving skills and foundational computer science knowledge.
