Once connected, I shared my resume and asked for referral and manager said to apply and they will pick application from the pool. Then in some days the process starts with HR contacting me and scheduling a screen interview with team manager. Phone screen interview Introduction from both sides followed by background discussion. What projects am I doing currently and basic of transformer kind of things. Then there was a coding question - Leetcode medium. I cleared it and went to next stage First interview A recommendation engine building for cold-start or warm-start scenarios. Lots of questions on why this component, what is overall pipeline for 20mins. Then a NN related coding question to code from scratch in Python - 20mins. Second interview This was an interaction with product engineering head from the same team. Asked about past projects. Third Interview This was technical coding interview with Senior Software Developer and it was a medium Leetcode question. Fourth interview The session was divided into 3 sections including Machine learning theory based on past projects I did, ML related coding and behavioural question. I was very optimistic after each interview and thought that I clared it since recruiter was not responding to any of emails when asking for feedback, since I heard that rejections are intimated quickly in 2-4 days. But then a disappointing email after 2 weeks, and may be they got a better candidate than me.

It was a great experience, we discussed my previous experience and then I was asked questions on post training, which is related to my previous projects. Waiting for the final results.
