1. Interview questions and process has no relation with the current position and your skill sets. its interviewer's mood which defines the pattern.
2. If you know one programming language, they expect you to be an expert in other languages as well.
3. Some interviewers leave no space for the answers because of their lengthy problem statements. You keep on reiterating the question asked.
4. HR is totally unreachable and unresponsive and there is no idea given to the candidate about the rounds, no pre preparation procedure is being followed here the way it happens during Google.
5. Very bad candidature experience, no wonder that they were removed from the FAAMG league.

Two technical interviews with group managers.
If I would have passed them - there would be another final interview.
I did not pass the second technical interview - it did not feel as if I had the chance to show my true skills

second interview:
friendly introduction, books you read about software engineering.
question - given an array of 0 1 and '?' print all combinations where '?' is 0 or 1.
second technical interview:
How does ActionListener work in GUI?
How does multithreading work? how to synchronize threads?
How does communication between two computers over a network work?
How does serialization work?
There were a lot of weird theoretical esoteric questions like this and the interviewer gave me only 5 minutes to complete a coding question: given a binary tree - scan and save it to a file so that you could restore it.

at first they contacted me via email, sent me a codility coding questions to solve, after that we had a skype interview with an HR , then had a technical interview, it was an hour and a half, asked me two questions, one I had to code and one to answer and explain verbally.
