HR pre-screening document was sent to fill out, If you pass, then you will receive 3 rounds of interview. Insightful people and asked lots of situational/behavior type of questions. 1st interview was with the hiring manager and was mostly conversational-based vs a traditional interview. 2nd/3rd interview were traditional interview based questions. They will also give you an opportunity to ask questions at the end. They are interested in your thoughts, how you communicate and personable you are.
