Very lengthy interview process. I went through 8 rounds of interview along with Portfolio round. The timeline for the entire process is 2 months. It's a matter of patience. 1. Hiring manager round 2. Portfolio round with panel of 7-8 members 3. 3-4 1:1 interview rounds 4. Interview round with VP

Interview process was engaging. Initial round was about my work and projects. It was a good experience. However, post interview i didn't really hear anything from hr and had to follow up myself a few times to know the outcome. That needs improvement. Candidate should be promoted of the result so they can move on.
