Nestles interview process for the Retail Sales Development role with the Nestle Sales Development Program consisted of a phone screen with recruiter, two official phone interviews, in-person ride along with a current Nestle Retail Sales Rep, in-person 2 day interview process at Nestle HQ with a dinner & 5 panel interviews.

Entrevista
The interview process was a long but relatively easy process if you are prepared. There were 3 - 1 hour interviews with different people each time. They were all in-person at there office.

Entrevista
It was an easy interview, sat with 2 hiring managers. One woman who was a recruiter and the Man had been with the company for 20+ years. Interview was pretty standard, your normal interview questions. The man really pushed to get more out of my answers, why, how did you do things, why were you the best, he was not very pleasant
