Entrevista
The interview process is relatively smooth and efficient. In short, there are three stages. First is with the HR, followed by hiring manager and finally a conf call with HQ. After the final stage of interview, the HR was able to get back to me within the same day.
A job interview usually begins with a brief greeting and an introduction to the company. Then the applicant introduces themselves and answers questions about their skills, experience, and motivation. After that, they can ask their own questions. At the end, the next steps in the process are explained.
It was interesting and to the point giving me a good overview of the position and the company. Both technical and behavioral questions - nothing too complicated, rather what was to be expected.
