Interview process was pretty pleasant. I was a out-of-state candidate. They place me in a hotel night before the interview, paid for me meal and gas mileage.
Interview with six personnels; HR Manager and generalist, facility manager, lean manger, production manager and a current supervisor.
Interview went well, alot of behavioral situation questions. Toured around the facility, it was interesting. Interviewed on Friday, recieved and offer that upcoming Wednesday! Will start employment July 20th, wish me luck!
It started with introductions, then we moved on to behavioural and technical questions. After which we concluded with if I had any questions and I asked what a typical day of my role is like. The whole experience was interesting

Entrevista
the interview process was very straightforward and easy to communicate with the person in charge. It was an online interview face to face interview. It took around 1hr 30 mins, able to understand the questions and able to respond and explain to the interview panel.

I was contacted via email to schedule a phone interview. During the interview, the girl conducting the interview didn’t seem to have a good understanding of manufacturing terminology . She also often used the word , “Cool”as an acknowledgement throughout the interview which seemed unprofessional to me.
