The first round of the interview process was a phone screening from a recruitment agency. The second round of interview was with the HR manager. The interview process was structured, with typical competency and behavioral questions. The interviewer was friendly, and described career progression opportunities within Nestle. The final round of interview was to be a group case study where they assess teamwork.
