3 interviews, typically 2 on 1. behavioral questions, with a couple technical questions (NPV, cost accounting-related questions)

Super easy, all behavior-based. They just want to know why you want to work there, favorite product, etc. If you do the DLS, just be ready for 3 30 minute interviews, but very easy none the less.
