Bad experience with the Recruiting Business Partner, APAC of the company and never had the phone interview at all. Waited for half an hour but no one called. Was only informed after scheduled call that she was caught up with something and asked to reschedule to another day. Agreed on another date and time but once again didn’t call at the scheduled time. I didn’t bother emailing back anymore to check what’s the issue this time. It is very unprofessional in my opinion being a representative of the company for recruitment.
