I applied through employee referral and recruiter reached out to me in a few days. First round was with HR to go over the role. Second was phone screen with a easy string coding problem. Next was on-site panel interview with 4 more rounds. 3 technical and 1 behavioral. All 3 technical rounds were not leetcode style and focused on JSON processing, test framework design, tests for the psuedo code etc.
